AP Chemistry
AP Environmental Science
This assignment MUST BE HANDWRITTEN. Typed documents will not be accepted. The assignment should be able to be completed in less than two hours. Please wait until close to the start of the 2024-2025 school year to complete it so that the knowledge will be fresh in your minds for the first day of school. Students should simply complete the questions on the review guide using the provided PowerPoint slides. The review is designed to be folded in half so it can be used as a flashcard like study tool for review. Please bring a completed HANDWRITTEN copy of the assignment with you for the first day of the school year. I will send invites to the Google Classroom at the start of August to all enrolled as well and leave hard copies of the assignment in the main office.
AP Lit & Comp
Below are links to the summer homework worksheets that detail student responsibilities. Please read the instructions carefully. You will need to read two novels this summer. You may check out a copy of Invisible Man by Ralph Ellison from the main office at GHS. It is your responsibility to attain a copy of the title you selected from the choice reading list.
These items need to be completed before returning to school September 2, 2025.

There are a lot of characters with names you might be unfamiliar with. You might want to keep a sticky note in the front of your book to list the characters along with a word or two to remember who they are.

Listening to the audio while following along is helpful (especially if you’re in a slump) There are many free audio versions on Youtube–find one you like!

Read any other novel of your choice!

Download the SORA app to access GHS’s digital library of both ebooks and audiobooks (you can also add your Bozeman Library card number and have double access!)

Write 20 journal entries

We ask that these are thoughtful and HANDWRITTENl. They do not need to relate to your reading, but they can.

If you write something personal that you don’t want us to read, simply put a star at the top. We will ask you to select one entry when you get back in the fall to let us read.

AP Biology
In August, visit GHS to checkout your class textbook and pick up your summer assignment. You will be reading the first 3 chapters of the textbook and answering associated questions. Plan on 9+ hours of work spread over a month if done well.
